Welcoming Grant Lamar Alawine to the Family

Our newest addition to the family.

Has been added to the family trees. Of course it is through Mary Agnes O'Meara, his Great-Great-Grandmother that he is related to the Ross, O'Mire, and Gibson branch.

 And through me he is related to the Jackson branch.

 And through Grandpa Bo who he is named after the Alawine branch.

 Rebecca Bell Ross O'Mire Gibson. She looks so young in the picture, but she has already had 3 kids and been widowed. This is her second husband Henry Gibson and their children James and Lucian Gibson.

We are standing in front of Grandma Agnes and Grandpa Cloey Thompson's House in Meridian, Mississippi.

 Baby Shower for Grant Alawine, he has yet to arrive although his due date was this past Thursday. Apparently he is going to be fashionably late like his Grandmother. And Olivia is enjoying hanging out with the Alawine side of the family. BTW I made the fruit baby in the watermelon.
